Another training session this time going from the Lewis Arms in Pentyrch up the Garth Mountain - beautiful walk through a nature reserve, woods and the finally up the garth hill/mountain - approx 2 hours long and a great training session if you can remember the route correctly. Did this one with Janet Carey (the knowledgeable one of our trip), Jacquie Williams (Captain of our Trip) Jayne Kendall, Leanne Jones and Angie Smith (crazy one of our trip).
